VRO Office Management App is a private utility application developed to assist users with office management and work-support related activities.

3. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years of age or older
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration

4. User Account & Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Any activity performed through the registered account shall be deemed the responsibility of the user
• Users must not share login or OTP details with others

5. OTP & Authentication

• OTP-based authentication is used to verify user identity
• Users must ensure access to their registered mobile number
• Any misuse of OTP or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination of the account

6. Payments & Service Charges

• Payments made through the app are only for app service charges and technical support
• No charges are taken for any government service
• All payments are securely processed through Razorpay
• The app is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by third-party payment services

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Impersonate any government official or authority
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the application
• Upload or share false, misleading, or harmful information

Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user account.

• Payments are collected securely via Razorpay
• By making a payment, users agree to the applicable pricing and refund policy
• Once the portal or service fee is paid, it is non-refundable
• We only provide the service of enabling and managing paperwork digitally through the portal
• We do not provide or claim to deliver any government service or approval

9. Account Security & Misuse

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login ID and password
• We shall not be responsible for any misuse or issues arising if login credentials are shared with others
• We reserve the right to close accounts without prior notice if irregular, incorrect, or suspicious transactions are detected
• Accounts found to be fake, misleading, or created with false information may be permanently terminated without notice

10. Data & Document Retention

Documents uploaded to the portal are stored temporarily for processing purposes only. Uploaded documents are not retained for more than 3 days, unless required for legal or operational reasons.

11. Service Availability & Modification

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the services at any time without prior notice. We strive to keep the app operational, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
